here is the third song - the 'title track' if we're to be so bloody formal about the whole thing - from the very-nearly forthcoming Christian Fitness album no.4. Like all of the songs I post up online it's not necessarily the final mix but 99 per cent there and so eager to come out and play that it would be daft to keep it indoors. 

Michael - of Aesthetic Apparatus who does that there artwork - came up with the title, which made me laugh for eight minutes, so then I wrote the song because it would have been rude not to.

the new record is different but the same. you’ll be fine, trust me, it’s not all bloody orchestras armed with actual hammers. 

it really is an amazing feeling to finish a song, like, say, this one here, then stick it straight online before the sulphur has a had a chance to wear off, you know? no? oh, okay. anyway, you all have a marvellous time.

here it is - delayed by my incompetence, song 3 from the new Christian Fitness album 'nuance, the musical', the *cough* huge hit *end cough* 'hamsterland'. The final mix for the record will see the drums a pica-flan louder but yeah, this is pretty much it. and yes, i understand completely if you want to use it in your film - the fee will be one million dollars*.

with a much quicker turnaround on this occasion (hey, time is evolving like the rest of us) here is the first song - and opener - from the new christian fitness record (album six - 6! - for fuck’s sake) which, unless somebody stops me, is going to be called ‘daddy, who is daddy kissing?’.

the second song is going up today as well (as soon as i've decided which ridiculous version to use) because i’m by nature a very impatient person and want you to get an idea of the whole record rather than just one song. hope you enjoy - if you don’t i suppose it’s tough shit all round cos i fucking love ‘em.
