True to the ethos of the Dispatch Dubplate sub-label, this release is built around another in-demand dubplate, with ‘Machete' forming the basis of this EP. A track that stood out in Ant TC1's post-COVID US tour with Doc Scott, the early Vedas master version caused maximum dancefloor impact with its classic AWOL era sound and raw lashy amen feel at 170bpm+. 

Across 5 further tracks Blade digs deep and delivers another homage to the world of contemporary breakbeat.

K2T, hailing from London in the UK is not only the manager of his own label Detached Audio but a successful multi genre artist and DJ. Together he collaborates with DA TU, an amazing drum and bass producer and DJ hailing from South Florida. 
Scarlet Skyline opens the ep in fine style with a deep driving roller full of energetic percussion, a deep sub, spacious pads and melodic touches elevate proceedings.
Violet Vision is next up and is an excellent moody stepper with brooding bass and atmospheres.
As we journey further, Unwavering Spirit pulls us into space with offbeat drum patterns, a rich reese bass, and subtle melodies that intensify the track’s mysterious allure. 
Finally, Crashing Waves rounds out the EP on a soulful note, featuring smooth synths and emotive energy from this talented duo.
