Furry Dude. Fat Dxxk. Fun Drain. Fairly Disappointing. Fxxkin Dutty. 

It’s true that FD can be, and mean, a whole number of things. And he has his friends (let’s call them this for the sake of this piece) to thank for a wealth of fun and exciting possible names he can use. If only he’d thought of this when quite willingly accepting FD as his DJ name, rapidly and untested-ly bestowed upon him in his teenage years. But he didn’t. And so now here we are. And here he is. Floppy Dingbat. 

Luckily for us, it seems he decided to use his ‘Fxxkin Dutty’ pseudonym when he sat down to remix this classic Total Science track. 

‘Kingpin’ first surfaced in 2002 when it headed up the pretty awesome ‘Tuned In’ album and was also given the remix treatment by the legendary Future Cut shortly after. 

Come 2024, it was definitely ready for another update and luckily for us, and for you, FD has delivered a version which has his trademarks stamped all over it - and it’s Fxxkin Dutty.

Blade is known for his explosive heavy amen rollers and captivating Jazz & Soul-infused beats. For the next instalment of the Dispatch Dubplate series this talented producer demonstrates his ability to fuse these contrasting influences with his love for the heritage sound of jungle drum and bass.

True to the ethos of the Dispatch Dubplate sub-label, this release is built around another in-demand dubplate, with 'Machete' forming the basis of this EP. A track that stood out in Ant TC1's post-COVID US tour with Doc Scott, the early Vedas master version caused maximum dancefloor impact with its classic AWOL era sound and raw lashy amen feel at 170bpm+.

Across 5 further tracks Blade digs deep and delivers another homage to the world of contemporary breakbeat.
