"The Seven Last Plagues" Music & Libretto by Preston Roe

This is a midi only recording. I long to have this piece orchestrated, much like in the fashion of Ravel's 'Bolero,' gradually building with each turn of the phrase to a turbulent ending. The repetitive, ostinato bass line is supposed to represent the hoof beats of the four horsemen of the apocalypse. I imagine this being staged with drummers playing huge Taiko drums. If and when I can make a recording with a chorus and all the vocals I will upload it as well. If anyone is interested in reading the libretto, I will make that available to you. -pr
