After celebrating 10 years in the game back in 2020 with a three part series, the next honorary point was right around the corner. Label mainstays Yamen & EDA return to the fore for the 50th release, which is coming next week.

The French duo have been a part of the One Records family since the early days. In recent years, they have held a determined focus on their own platform Maison Mere. But as the sound of Subb-an's selection has shifted, so has that of the Montpellier pair and it has moved in a similar direction. From five years ago got involved in the underground production project "Crescent" with an original vibe better structured, in line with the Romanian Underground hype. In 2016 his debut E.P. "Scenatic" released by Tzinah Records enjoyed a success from the first , Raresh's liking and supporting at each event . In 2019 he also signs the debut vinyl at MINIMAL MOVEMENT label and for this one the support came from Petre Inspirescu who played "drum intins" for many times . Crescent released until now many tracks on labels like : Wavetech Limited and Tupiar , Tzinah Records , ODT Records , Vivus Records , NG TRAX , MINIMAL MOVEMENT and his productions were appreciated by artists like: Richie Hawtin, Petre Inspirescu, Raresh, Sepp, Giuliano Lomonte, Arapu and many others .

Subb-an’s One Records label is celebrating its 10th anniversary. Becoming a go-to imprint for deep, minimal and, tech house releases, One Records has housed releases from the likes of John Dimas, Point G, Thomas Melchoir, Dan Ghenacia and, more. For their 10th birthday, they’ve pulled together a three-part release that aims to start a new era for the label. Immersed in electronic music since his early childhood, Cora M. learned to mix at the age of 17. Attracted by the minimal German and now the Romanian scene, she developed her own style, far from all stereotypes.

Vlad offers a dark minimal opening, in an ocean of textures and tiny details. Supported by efficient basslines, a Slavic vocal mesmerize the listener. It’s only then that a shift in the mood occurs, drifting to groovy rominimal tracks and high-energy dream sequences. For all the duration of the journey, the artist carefully oscillates between light tracks and darker joints in a powerful combo. At times, we shiver with nasty laughs and creepy monk chants that recall occult ceremonies. We find the light again with stellar driving joints, and it goes on and on, with a cool human feeling in the mixing. The ending fades away on an abstract flavour that keep the mind in a meditative state for a moment.
