Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul have unveiled a Soulwax remix of ‘Cliché’. A standout track from their critically acclaimed debut album Topical Dancer and the first ever Soulwax remix released on DEEWEE, originally premiered in June during the 2manydjs live show at Primavera.
 
DEEWEE label heads Soulwax turn in a gloriously euphoric flip of ‘Cliché’ ratcheting up the energy to their trademark tempo in a monstrous synth-heavy four to the floor rework. The original track (full title: ‘Ceci n’est pas un cliché’) is an accumulation of all the cliché lyrics Charlotte and Bolis have heard over the years and a wink to one off the most copied sentences in art originally by Belgian surrealist artist René Magritte.
 
A 12" vinyl edition of the Soulwax Remix, will be announced soon.
