NRG Radio EP 109 - Saturday 13th July 2024

My second attempt by remixing my original track and soften it down from more pumped house style to softer more melodic progressive house track and adding my own vocals, expanding the original test. Out of complete silence this track came out, meaning that every hiss and sound, beat and chord has been constructed from scratch by adding one instrument at a time selectively over past six weeks tuning the 909 kicker and closed hat, various guitar synths, base, man worked on that base for some time, to make it sound right and initially, I've over done the melody as usual so this time around I've simplified (still have ton of that to do on the melody to dial in some of the chords) and added my own vocals at the end once the melody worked. The hardest thing in my opinion is to make the drums sound natural and carry vibe. The vocals, well, they only work if the lyrics are good and these here were product of about fifteen minutes rhyming some sounds in my head to the melody until I came around what's included. I've tried to master this track and got some plug ins as well to improve as I go. Any critique is a good critique, and I thank you for your patience while I go through this process. My gratitude! roman.
