This is a question I often ask myself.
It pertains to the actions taken on a daily basis, the thoughts we entertain, the flow of our energy from inner to outer, the patterns we break, or remain in, the chains we release ourselves from, or the habits we cannot seem to let go of. I reflect, I discuss with myself, and ask, who will u be? If you continue to do what you are doing? Is this who you want to be? And not in the sense of a definite label, one word can never define the complexity of our being. But in a holistic sense. I think this is something we can ask ourselves to put things in perspective. And to keep it real with ourselves. Accountability.
