Hotfire is back on @NightBassRecords with his hefty 5-track release, ‘The Moment’ EP. The title track delivers a UK influenced bassline to a 4/4 dance beat that drops you into the low-swinging bassline of the dark & moody ‘Crooks’. The mesmerizing vocal samples set the scene for ‘All Day’, before rolling into crunchy, shape-shifting breakdowns. With a foundation set in heavy, textured bass sounds, ‘Backstage’ gives way to ominous breakbeats coupled with a massive garage-influenced bass drop. @Hotfiredjs strongly rounds off the release with club-ready, head knockin’ sounds of ‘Tell It’.
