Lo...aeons ago, in the mists of time,
A wizard and warrior worked in kind
This wizard Aonghus was his name
With occult polymeters did he seek fame
This warrior, Alexius, with his flaming axe
Played melodies over these meters to the max!
In glorious battles did they find victory
Earning their places in the ancient scrolls of history
But nay! This was not enough
Greater glory was their stuff! 
So in a dungeon now long since forgotten
They put to tape music once known as rockin'! 
And so they laboured day and night
With instruments of magic and might
Where imps and things from the darkness dwelled
Emerging only briefly from this Stygian hell
To seek he who beat the war drum
For if there was not one 
There could be no demo
Oh and vocals did they bellow 
Rasped and screeching, over each diabolical, inspired verse
So they could one day rein over the cosmos
For dids't thou not know? 
they were the Princes of the Universe!
