When Paul Woolford adopted his Special Request alias again last year for the 'Belief System' album, we kind of lost our shit. The LP was one of our favourites of 2018 and once again cemented Woolford as a certified master of the scene.

At the end of the year we crowned Nina Kraviz as our DJ of the Year and ultimately it was an easy decision to make. Her sets are electric, her label, трип, is one of the most forward-thinking and genre-bending imprints in the world and her parties buck the formulaic trend that most follow.

When we found out that Nina was remixing 'Curtain Twitcher' by Special Request, we jumped at the chance to listen. When we realised she'd done not one but two remixes, well we were sold.

Here is the premiere of Kraviz's Alice Was Here remix and it's more of the brilliant same. A true meeting of magical minds.
