I’ve decided to release this song, “King Jesus”, along with “Homecoming” on @apple and @spotify. I wrote and recorded both of these songs 4 years ago, but never properly got them mixed and mastered. Well, due to me going a different direction with my new music I’m working on, and people who have heard these songs on the previous project 4 years ago urging me to just put it out, I’ve decided to release these two without them being properly mixed and mastered because I just want y’all to hear them. It’s crazy how much I’ve grown with my style, voice and cadence when I hear myself on these tracks. But since new music is about to drop, I wanted y’all to hear where I was at. Hope you enjoy it🙌🏿🤯

This song and music video is a “Promise🌹” to Hip Hop and the homies. With lines like, “rap can make the money but hip hop gotta stay real”—I’m not making music to fit in to a trend or sound like everybody else. I want to remain true to who I am, and the music that has inspired me since I was a little kid with my big bro, hence why I used him and I on the album cover.
