Down from the depths of the Internet and sketchy forums comes none other than Leaky Steve, who provided many leaks throughout his career for various games. He lived a relatively normal life until he struck upon many characters from unknown to him "tourney community", and, well... Here we are now. Despite his questionable means and motives, and overall not-friendly relationships with Nintendo higher-ups, he is a pretty nice guy overall. Probably the only one who still talks in leetspeak in the year 2022.

#00: Fumo Cirno (from "Touhou" series)

Fumo Cirno is... an interesting case. It's a plushie of Touhou Project's very own Cirno, who can freely talk with other contestants and also possesses the ability to fly and materialise things out of thin air. No one knows where she came from, she just... appeared in the dorms one day and everybody accepted it like it was nothing. Her origins will probably never be known, and it should stay a mystery, as well as where the other fumos appeared from. She takes the semi-responsible position in the dorms in the meantime of Steve's not being around... so like, one hundred percent of the time. She doesn't take it particularly seriously and retains her character from the previously mentioned game series. In addition to that, she seems to have a particularly good relationship with Azumangakas, sometimes hanging out with them.
