EOA will start with a new acid project named the “On Acid” series.
Since the 90s, the characteristic 303 acid sound is one of the main elements in most electronic DJ sets. We dedicate a series of online mixes from talented artists, which will contain those smiley-facing sounds. Electro, techno, rave, breakbeats, house, acid acid acid!
Every first week of each month, a 1-hour acid mix will be uploaded on our Soundcloud!

Dark winter days are coming and we are ready for some dark acid rave.  For our second “On Acid” show in the series, we give the floor to an artist which truly fits those dark ambiances: @cynkt_music! With two acid releases on our label, he is becoming a close friend to EOA and he knows how to deal with rave and industrial acid techno! Let's not wait too long. Let’s go!

MASS Sessions #215 | Kruger

Kruger is a resident of Belgium based label "Coincidence Records" that has signed artists such as Rebekkah, Cleric, Charlotte De Witte, Tom Hades, Marcel Fengler amongst others.
His latest releases have been supported by the likes of Electric Indigo and Paula Temple.

He is also a resident on "Ibiza Club Radio" and "Data Transmission" where he hosts his own show "Digital Fragments".

Having played across multiple venues and parties in London, he has been booked to play at Tomorrowland this year at the Rave Cave stage alongside some of Belgium's finest underground techno acts.

His latest EP "Edge Of The Abyss" drops on Coincidence Records in June.

YIOTA is a UK based DJ from Greece that began her career in electronic music in 2020. She started her musical journey in her teens as a drummer where she began to develop a passion for intricate rhythms. At 20 years old, she decided to learn how to DJ by herself during lockdown. YIOTA’s background in drumming led to her mixing the percussive parts of tracks together into high intensity techno sets. Her mixes are influenced by drum heavy tracks and her focus is on industrial, acid techno and EBM. She grew up listening to nu metal and is greatly influenced by the sounds of artists like Slipknot, Garbage, Deftones and Tool. Her most admired artists in electronic music are Tommy Four Seven, Swarm Intelligence, VTSS and SPFDJ. Along with her own productions, YIOTA loves searching for and supporting upcoming producers, making sure they get the recognition they deserve.

Industrial/Dark Techno/Acid 

The Irish female selector, recently Manchester based,  has a flair for furious fist-pumping techno. Her sets are super-charged with acid and trance which shaped her sound. She is heavily influenced by Trym, Nico Moreno, Ki/Ki, Charlie Sparks, Cera Khin and Rebekah to name a few. 

Her tune selection won't go anything lower than 140bpm, leaving dance floors in ruins with her fierce selects. This young artist is looking to leave a dent on Irish and English club culture through her slick mixing. Recently signed to Echelon booking agency based in the UK it is not long before windows of opportunities open up. With a few events already lined up within the UK in the coming months,  she also hopes to release her first EP within the start of this year.

For the last episode in March, we are happy to host French Techno dj & producer ANGEL KAREL(THE FUTURE IS FEMALE / NO GENDER). 

Artist from the Techno Queer Punk scene, Angel Karel has built her reputation with high-technical dynamic sets with loud aggressive, saturated and emotional techno music.
 
Her dark industrial universe is regularly bringing dancers into a post-apocalyptic hypnotic distorted trance. That’s why Angel Karel is frequently booked for peak-time and closing sets.
 
In 2020, she released her first album « Pain For Pleasure » on Instruments Of Discipline and a collaborative EP « You Ain’t No Punk, You Punk » on RND Records with her partner in crime Istigkeit.
 
As well as playing and producing, she has also created her own collective with mindful art direction :
TFIF Events. A Techno Queer Punk collective which values tolerance and freedom of the underground universe.Together, they offer a strong anticonformist, porn and BDSM experience : [NO GENDER].
 
In 2021, she is launching a new punk concept [SCUM], queer feminist techno punk event, inspired by Valérie Solanas "S.C.U.M Manifesto". In a punk setting, these whip up the queer atmosphere where we sniff the scent of leather, chains and Dr.Martens.. where we dare new aesthetic and radical energies with crazy outfits and hairstyles. Union, symbiose and rebellion will be watchwords.
 
A taste of dark unlimited anarchistic fashion bodies to a mutual state of liberation.

We are super excited to announce our 39th podcast today and we are more than happy that it's coming from Chris Koegler, Techno Artist, Producer, Label Manager and A&R from Stuttgart.
 
Chris was born in 1987 in the outskirts of Ulm, Germany. 
As a teenager of only 12 years old, he first got in touch with music. At the age of 20, Chris visited a DJ school in Ulm, where he digged deep into a world of vinyl, literally learning the real Djing. 
Soon, he got his first gigs in clubs and also grew fast for bigger venues and succeeded getting his first jobs on festivals such as SEMF festival in Stuttgart, Germany. 
Chris used to work as a resident DJ at Zollamt, a Techno club in Stuttgart and got also booked for the legendary "Tresor" in Berlin, at "Egg" in London and a whole bunch of more cities like Basel Switzerland, Cologne, Duesseldorf, Freiburg, Nuernberg, Heilbronn, Ulm and on and on. 
 
As a producer, Chris published his music on labels such as, Voxnox Records, Wall Music, Counter Pulse, Neuhain, Blackrod, De-Konstrukt and MONOTON:audio where he also works as an A&R manager.
 
Chris Koegler is a full-time employee at dig dis!, a Stuttgart based digital music distributor.
