Here we go: Pro B Tech Music kicks off in 2025. This is a big year, and our start sets things off with a bang.

What we bring you is a 4 track EP from Univ3rse Sri Lanka, this comes with remixes from Ben Summers, Jero Nougues and Pilch,

Every track from the original through all remixes is nothing but stunning, we love these, a real proper kick-off and welcome into 2025 with a proper international list of artists, (Sri Lanka, Argentina, and UK)

The original sets the scene, this is full-on 4/4 Progressive Gem, full of melodic elements and a driving bassline, guaranteed to get your feet moving.

We are then treated to 3 remixes, each bringing something different with their take, Ben & Jeor take things slightly deeper, and darker at the beginning but as we approach the break the main melody is very noticeable soon kicking things up, We welcome Pilch to Pro B for his very on Pro B Tech Music, and it is a very welcome first, Pilch really keeps the drive and creates another beast to complete this pack.

We absolutely love this EP and all its mixes, it is a fantastic start to 25.

Scaling the heights with the soaring “Levera | Agmoli” in September 2022, Jiminy Hop continued his impressive relationship with Meanwhile. Now returning to the EP, a pair of remixes from the Australian label heads and a Dutch icon continue the story.

Revitalised after a European tour and sold-out label showcase at ADE 2023, GMJ & Matter continue to ride the crest of a tidal wave of success. Founded upon a distinctive and evergreen production sound, the duo’s music continues to make waves of its own reaching dancefloors across the world, supported by global DJ A-listers. Moreover, the duo’s output on Meanwhile has seen a raft of original work since April 2020 in the shape of three original EPs, plus remixes for Roger Martinez, Simos Tagias, Rich Curtis and Alex O’Rion. Fresh from October 2023’s “Arkeron” on Hernan Cattaneo’s Sudbeat Music, GMJ & Matter return to their spiritual home with a typically inspiring remix of “Levera”. Anchored by a kick full of heavyweight power, a rolling groove easily filters into the sonic frame as familiar percussive tropes from the original echo across the 8-minute piece. Evolving in dark and brooding majesty, a cadenced bassline adds weight and club-friendly hypnotism before a siren-filled breakdown heralds a third movement that brings in subtle variation, arpeggiated motifs and an immaculately blended central melodic riff from Jiminy Hop’s track. The result is another 24-carat gold remix that showcases GMJ & Matter’s talent to its fullest.

An artist at the vanguard of progressive house for over 15 years, Alex O’Rion continues to find himself much in-demand. From early outings on Black Hole focusing on trance, Alex’s work for Sudbeat Music, The Soundgarden and his own newly minted Solis Records has crystallised into a sumptuous deep progressive house sound. A regular on Meanwhile with a raft of original and remix work, May 2021’s 4-track “Echium” and August 2022’s “Solis / Pluvia / Sericum” EPs have lit up the label. Following on from remixes for GMJ & Matter and Rich Curtis, Alex O’Rion now delivers a typically smooth and effervescent reworking of “Agmoli”. A chest-thumping kick and clicking top-line supply head-shaking groove as familiar refrains from the original shimmer across the mid-range pre-breakdown. Through a sublime melodic narrative, a cast of characters both old and new, showcase O’Rion’s production talents as jagged analogue synth phrases coruscate in complex patterns, interwoven with arpeggiated patterns from Jiminy Hop’s track. Full of sonic intrigue and a palette of mellifluous sequences, the remix hits glorious heights post-breakdown as the full combination of bass, rhythm and melody combine to wondrous effect.

Through a pair of new remixes Jiminy Hop’s “Levera / Agmoli” continues to sparkle in brilliant sonic colours courtesy of GMJ & Matter and Alex O’Rion.

Will DeKeizer, an internationally renowned American producer, delivers his third release on Plattenbank Records, run by Guy Mantzur. This three -track collection spans nearly 25 minutes and captures DeKeizer’s distinctive musical voice.
The journey begins with Sound of Neptune, a smooth and percussive track featuring an 80s disco-inspired bassline. Dark atmospheres blend effortlessly with a sweeping melody, creating an emotional soundscape. Its energy makes it equally suited for dance floors worldwide or reflective listening at home. Though the shortest piece in the collection, it immediately commands attention.
Next comes Rocket Jam, a slow-building composition that extends the momentum of the opener. Melodic from the outset, this track dives deeper into DeKeizer’s creative world. Its versatility ensures it resonates at any time of day, offering DJs a powerful tool for festival dominance while inspiring spontaneous movement in any setting. The collection concludes with Cracked, a bold, energetic track with a futuristic edge. Tribal rhythms and spacey elements intertwine, reflecting DeKeizer’s ability to explore diverse aesthetics. Psychedelic undertones and dynamic crescendos build suspense, rewarding the listener with a rich and immersive payoff. Every moment pushes boundaries, delivering an exhilarating finale.

This release demonstrates Will DeKeizer’s capacity to create layered, compelling music that captivates both club audiences and private listeners alike.
