Originally released in the summer of 2024, Palms Trax & Myd’s digital single ‘One Thousand Waves’ is expanded, showcasing three diverse remixes that reflect alternating energies in club culture.

Working from CWPT’s own studio in Berlin, Palms Trax and John Loveless are first to reimagine ‘One Thousand Waves’, transforming the bittersweet electro-pop of the original composition into a brewing escalation of vocal deep house. Indulging a shared affection for a milieu of propulsive, sensitive dance music, the soundtrack to ineffable moments each experienced on Berlin dancefloors a decade or more ago, the result is an ecstatic, psychedelic anthem for the wide-eyed and wobbly-hearted.

From further afield, London’s cult duo The Trip apply their well-established knowledge of what  moves the dance floor to a truly ripping interpretation, bleaching the understated sounds emanating from the continent in shades of UK rave, garage and hardcore, complete with a mind-melting streak of saxophone power. 

Looking to the established kings of the CLUBMIX, KnownArtist ably squeeze further euphoria from their respected purview of underground club culture, applying MYD’s yearning vocal and wrapping it around a cascade of anthemic keys and vintage organ sounds, blasting towards sunrise with more than a glint of optimism.

Since 2023, the French duo @knownartist_clubmix has been redefining the edges of club music with nostalgic 1990s style releases, blending early elements of techno, house, breakbeat, and oddball rave textures.

Releasing today across the Known Artist Bandcamp as well as EDWIN Stores and online, is a limited edition Club Mix T-shirt, which comes along with an exclusive SD Card, featuring everything from CLUBMIX001 to CLUBMIX011.
