Something about this one just hit different for me

A mostly distorted vocalist chants his chant, except when the track stutters. I can see the lyrics but somehow it sounds as if a smaller set of words are being repeated. In the meantime the vocalist accelerates with background commentary from a disembodied other. A curious mix, as ever.
