Magik is considered by many as 'THE' new talent on the UK psy scene.
As a modern electronic music enthusiast always searching for new sounds, Magik's sets stand out amongst the fray with uniquely handmade cuts and specially crafted edits.  His sound is fresh with new age cutting edge production.
Growing up with a music loving family and being fed all kinds off beats, opened Magik's mind to different sounds from a young age.  As a teenager his love for rock and punk rock pushed him to study guitar and keyboard.  At 17 he started partying at all the right places and hearing music that melted his mind as he got sucked into the sounds of psytrance.  Soon after this discovery he started Djing and then went on to study Audio Technology and learned the craft of production.
His first release on Nano Records was the track 'Wonderizer' a collaboration with his friend Tristan, followed by more collabs with Tristan; 'Blueshaft' and the party monster 'High Grade' which reached the top 10 psytrance tracks on Beatport.
Having already collaborated with Tristan, Dickster, Alpha Portal (Astrix & Ace Ventura), and more requests coming in daily from massively established acts, and the constant support by some of the biggest names of the scene including Avalon, Laughing Buddha, Regan, Dj Lucas and more, it is clear that Magik has something special.
Fresh tracks and collaborstions are on the way, as is his debut album, so stay tuned to see what Magik pulls out of his hat!

His other projects are Unknown Reality, Melting Point, Solar Spectrum, Undercover Babas, Rastaliens... Since 2018 on NANO Records.

Menog is Daniel Bernardo, a world-renowned psychedelic trance artist from Coimbra, Portugal.
A musician almost since birth, his musical career began playing guitar then drums in his early 90s metal band.
His introduction and interest for electronic music started in 1995 with the techno scene in Portugal, in 1997 he attended his first Trance event, and after Boom Festival 1998 decided to create Psycehdelic beats!
In 2002, Dani released his first album "Natural Behaviour" under the name Menog on the label Starsounds Rec. from Greece.
Menog now released five albums, and has tracks on many compilations, not only on his own label Spectral Records but his music has appeared on other leading labels including Nutek, 3Division, Shiva Space Tech, Phantasm , SpaceTribe Music, Digital Psionics, Acidance, Timecode, Nexus Media, Planet Ben, Fungi rec , Noize Conspiracy, Hadra, and Nano Records of course too!
Since singing to Nano Records, Menog’s career catapulted into a new light, seeing him collab with some of the psytrance scene’s biggest artists.
2019 was a particularly special year for Menog as it saw him unleash his long awaited 5th full length album ‘Party Animal Farm’ on Nano Records, whilst travelling the world road testing his latest material.

In case you missed the Moon Mountain Farewell Livestream Event, here is my Boom Shankar set in full length.

It's actually a BMSS Records showcase featuring some of the upcoming and still unreleased highlights which will come out in the next months, so you can get a good taste of the direction we are taking with the label and as well the style I prefer to play right now. The set pays respect to the full power vibe of the Asian underground, so expect a high octane psychedelic roller coaster ride.

Some background info: for 17 years Moon Mountain Party has been one of Asia's best kept secrets in terms of underground events. The gathering took place on a floating village made out of 2-story rafts all toed together on Kanchanaburi lake in central Thailand and featured the creme de la creme of Asia based artists and our fellow trance-travel community. I will be forever thankful to all those amazing people who took part in our event and who turned it into one of my annual touring highlights!

Massive thanx and respect to Nun, Papa, Jacky, Eddy, Radzy, Sabai Sabai, Ton, Tom, Tommy, John Lee, Ssongg, Koi, to my BMSS family, EPIC Tribe, Spirit Zone, Blue Moon Productions, Purple Hexagon, Goa Productions and all the other artists and freaks who took part in this special gathering. An adventure that is appropriate for any time of the day or night, the Pspiralife experience is a fresh, fun and dynamic, omni-directional journey through a fusion of the full spectrum of various Psy Trance sub-genres whilst subtly incorporating elements of Techno, EDM, Classical, Jazz and Cinematic film.
Pspiralife has played at festivals in Europe, Brazil, Israel, USA, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Mauritius and several states of Australia along side Sensient, Talpa, Zyce, Ace Ventura, Captain Hook, Tetrameth, Grouch, Hedflux, Ryanosaurus, Vini Vici, Headroom, Neelix, Shadow Fx, Tom Cosm, and many more. Napra started music production around 2003 with shitty hiphop beats in Fruity Loops. Since then, he's taken a trip through progressive metal, different DAWs and various tries at electronic styles. He met the psytrance scene in 2011-12 and had a blooming relationship with 16th note basslines and unnecessarily frequent and large kick drums ever since. At the moment he's settled at at least 175 brainfucks per minutes, causing mass cyber-desctruction in Earth's mortal human community.

In Focus is French producer KALKI who debuted on radiOzora in our last radiOzora Connecting Homes show and now we can find out a bit more about the young artist, followed by his set after the talk.

KALKI is an experienced Music Producer from France, crafting subtle electronic music for over a decade.
KALKI emerged on the trance scene earlier in 2016, with his release of his 1st EP Varanasi, illustrated by a captivating music video shot in India by Basile Pierrat.
KALKI is part of the label Techsafari Records & releases many successful Ep’s which reaches the Beatport top 10 like his tracks Maya, Whales or Japan.
KALKI is playing in many famous gigs & festivals all over the world. He signed with Infinite Booking music for brazil and already shared the stage with artists like Ace Ventura, Protonica & more.
KALKI unfolds a narrative and spiritual universe combining sci-fi culture, primitive rites and psychic experiences that resonate, far beyond the musical genre, with the psytrance movement altogether.

Nano Record's label boss, DJ and producer, Regan is a passionate music lover who has helped launch and promote some of the biggest acts currently in the global Psy-Trance scene.  Regan has been rocking dance floors since the mid nineties as a DJ and music producer, having first played in bands and studying vary styles of music before falling in love with electronic music and the psychedelic experience.
Regan is now based in the UK, while still traveling back frequently to South Africa to produce his festivals there, and gigging worldwide.
