Quite possibly the best mixed noisy ambient track I've heard. I can actually choose which simultaneous sound to focus on without any of them really intruding upon the listening experience. What a trip!

Describes the 1919 meeting between Russell and Wittgenstein. Russell meets him at the Hague hoping to bring him back to cambridge and have him take over as his ideological successor. Wittgenstein infroms him that he not  returning and also what they both already know is true. Russell's life work is out of date and eclipsed by Wittgensteins.  Many lyrics reworked from Russell's letters describing the event.
