Time for another mini compilation in our catalog, always the same procedure, three new artists and three from our
family, numbers 01, 03 and 05 are the new additions to our roster and numbers 02, 04 and 06 the family ones.
This being said, the first cut is by French legend Arnaud Le Texier, providing Shelter, a relentless continuous driller in
the best Birmingham tradition, no mercy here, direct weapon for the dancefloor.
Groof, the Spanish techno originator puts his machinery to work on Motorn, straight rhythms, carefully crafted sound
design, all into a super clever arrangement administered at a human BPM rate, something rare to see these days.
Carara keeps the pace with CFBDSIR 2149-0403 again a straightforward groove, percussive and intense, with a
superb metallic synth line keeping things busy.
On Galactic Tech, Alavux dives into sci-fi realm but with a lofi approach on textures and sounds, no pads here, just
adrenaline.
Label owner G02 put his focus on the nineties tradition with Switch On, a classic track full of soul and old school vibes.
Last but not least, Amby Iguous, put the cherry on the pie with Movements, a superb vocal sample workout with
Reese style bassline, absolute magic for the best sound systems out there.

About the EP :
Now marking ten years of releases on labels such as Stil Vor Talent, Pokerflat, Mobilee, Lena, Hive Audio and many more, the Swiss duo Animal Trainer make their debut on Super Flu's Monaberry with two stunning message of a dancefloor peace. 

'Rigpa' hits the second those strings sashay into the blend, swooning and gliding over their signature low 'n' slow beat. Timeless in its sense of emotion and euphoria, stately in the way it unfolds, it's another precision heart-melter from Sammy and Adrian. 

'Dharma' flips for a contrast experience. A drum-focused affair laced with tribal intricacies and more majestic synth tones entering mid way, there's a latent sense of drama that pays off gradually, hypnotically, spiritually…

Finally Monaberry newcomer MULYA returns with a little add remix spice. Deeper, darker and more pensive than the original, it builds into something so powerful and soul-stirring we believe it could inspire gorillas to paint water colours. But this, of course, is uncorroborated… For now.

Token returns with the second instalment of Fuga.

Following on from Fuga I, which featured music from new and exciting talents alongside more established players within the genre, the label presents its next incisive entry.

Spread across eight tracks once more, the release continues in the same vein as its predecessor presenting a collection of reduced techno recordings in equal parts atmospheric as they are functional.

As a compilation the release develops gently - JRD's undulating workout Purple Blades opens proceedings, followed closely by Dutch Stalwart Deniro's crisp riser Silhouette. Sleek reduction Blush, courtesy of JSSL, continues this soft increase in intensity before ORBE's stylish, acid driven Motor opens things up properly into peak time territory. Argentinian Pfirter toys with big room kick drums and an outlandish rave lead on Cyclic Model, managing to deliver an occasionally misconceived combination with some considerable style - and Dustin Zahn turns in a compilation highlight with The Organ Trail, an incessant, heads-down workout. The Lady Machine keeps the energy up with Resilience, and Arthur Robert's closer Illegal Gatherings provides an off-kilter conclusion to the compilation release.

Fuga II provides a continuation of the motifs and constructions explored in the first entry, advancing them to some degree and introducing new characters to Token, whilst maintaining a sense of cohesion within the series itself, and the label as a whole.
