For this month’s show, Annx (@anna-rose-wirth) invites Brighton-based DJ and events organiser Bil-sol (@Bil-Sol). He’s been organising @22tapes parties at the likes of Corsica Studios and The Cause since 2017. He also runs a mix series/music & art platform @aquaticformations which focuses on the more dreamier and euphoric side of 90’s electronic music.

In this mix, Bil has crafted together some newer releases with some ‘psy-tingled club tracks’ crossing a few different sounds along the way — all inspired by his passion for nostalgic, high energy and euphoric 90’s electronic music.

Procyon Transmissions ARE BACK!!!! 

We took a break over Xmas as our connection was interfered with by a strange flying object over the period of December - January.
Roughly, over the North Pole - what looked like a fat man and his reindeers ensured that our signals were not coming through.

However, this nonsense is over and the signals are coming back strong. 

Proud to present our first Transmission for the year, and Transmission #20 - brought to you by DJ Rizky @Zach Walsh 

DJ RIZKY is a house connoisseur with an uncanny ability to gel a wide range of tracks together, creating movement and atmosphere on a dance floor.
His sound is comparative to that of the original House sound, think 80s Chicago piano riffs complemented by a classic 4 to the floor kick & bass line. 

DJ RIZKY has caught some wind behind his sails recently and has featured in parties across Naarm, playing at Phonetics; Supernature and Motion Music Festival, 

This mix, he takes us through some of the tracks he believes to be ethereal tunes but as always - stays close to his groovy brand of House music. DJ RIZKY, AKA Zach is a close friend of the Procyon Star System and has supported us from the very beginning - we are eternally grateful to you //Human.

Realms of the Procyon star system are still greatly unknown - ancient societies with advanced technology supposedly vanished. 

Though the infinite layers of time & space continuums, it's impossible to find all that lurks.

This connection, the 21st Transmission presented by La Tüsh is the chaos and unpredictability that forms through an unstable connection. 

Having already featured at a Procyon party, we are excited to give a warm welcome to La Tüsh who is our 21st Transmission feature and we couldn’t be happier. 

After refining her craft behind the scenes for the last few years, 2022 was the year of the breakout - coming to showcase exactly what she's all about.

As showcased in this mix, La Tüsh is fearless behind the decks and pushes the frontiers of mixing genres together. From Drum n Bass through to jungle and trance, your ear hairs will definitely be standing in anticipation of what comes next.
