We've been working on this idea of remaking some of our old favourite trance tracks into deeper, more ambient pieces for a while. Here is the first one, a remake of "Safe" by Velvetine (aka Myon & Shane54). This is built from sampling the Rank1 remix. A free download to all our followers :)

Poolz - Your Touch (Feat. Laura James)

Here I recycled the introduction of "Off The Beaten Track" because I found it deep and gripping and I wanted to give it more depth and singularity. I hope I succeeded.

That being said, I also wanted to draw attention to the synchronicity of this piece and my current psychological state. Indeed, during the period when I created this piece, I was precisely in a reflexion and a retrospective on the fact that I had created a real caesura with certain things in my life (toxic people around me / toxic situations / conflicting thoughts / my vision of things as well as my way of interacting with my direct environment, among others), so even if I am not specifically one of those who think that each things / works finds a particular echo and a deep meaning in certain parts of our life, I find that this piece perfectly describes these thoughts there, deeply. It is even disturbing. So much so that one could really interpret this piece as a sound metaphor of these thoughts.

Zen Lemon’s album “Notations 74” offers an ambient cinematic experience designed to create a serene and immersive listening journey. I found myself really over-reaching when I started creating this, there are so many levels of difficulty I had to cross building this song. 
I wanted to capture so many live instruments but was too worried of the recording quality and the aspect of them possibly sounding too cheesy to belong there. After I got over myself, I stuck it out because I knew I had a feeling inside of me and the only way to communicate it was to go to the next level of having other musicians and artists perform on this song. 
Five months later we have this, a near seven minute musical haven that I created to mirror the experiences I was having at the time. This is how I express, release and make peace with myself in all my journeys. I’ve never been much of a word guy. I’m doing music full time now, and this is only scratching the surface of what’s to come. I love you all and thank you for supporting me, now put your headphones in and press play.

Known

Well, time goes faster than I thought and it's been months since my last upload. I have a lot of work and I was unable to put time on my music as i wanted. 

By the way, i've seen everyone loved my tune Synthetic Truth as much as I loved. So i made a new version, longer, different, finished. It begins exactly as old one... but then, well... you'll see.
