This summer, tree, a young artist from the Chinese collective Humanregister, is sharing his new EP: ATL (Army Tree Life). The title reflects his enthusiasm in military culture, something that has influenced the way he sees the world and expresses himself. The EP features four tracks where he raps over nostalgic indie electronic pop beats. On track #2 'only u know', tree did a sampling of Lil B’s classic “B.O.R (Birth of Rap)”. With themes of youth, confidence, and the courage to face both new challenges and past mistakes, this EP: ATL shows a personal side of tree while also pushing his music in new directions.
