The legendary Secretsundaze, now led solely by James Priestley, is set to embark on an exciting new chapter in 2024. He has taken the project into a more focussed club-leaning lane, reflecting his vision through fresh solo productions under the Secretsundaze moniker. 

As well as this Secretsundaze marks a new chapter in the institution’s storied history with the foundation of the new imprint 9FINITY (@9finity-hq). The label aims to run with this descriptor through no-nonsense, discerning dance records from artists at the vanguard of modern club music. 

Making a statement with its maiden release, is a vinyl only V/A compiled with the considered curation synonymous with the Secretsundaze name. 9FINITY001 brings together the talents of Eoin DJ, DJ Life, Luca Attanasio, Coffintexts and E-Talking across 5 tracks and digital bonus that act as a distillation of the label’s sonic vision. The debut release, 9FINITY001, is set to drop on September 19th.

In celebration of this milestone and in true Secretsundaze style is the announcement of the 9FINITY launch party at London’s iconic Pickle Factory on September 28th. The event welcomes E-Talking and club favorite Lora Mipsum to the pickle spaceship, alongside Secretsundaze for a night of heads down, hands up dance music. PREMIERE: DJ Life - Aberration [9FINITY]

🛰️ After years of trying to find life in space, human beings are desperate. In a unanimous decision, they decided to send a probe across the universe to spread the best disco, funk, and house music —hoping that someone out there would hear it and make contact. Every month, a transmission reaches us, humans, delivering the mix the probe has crafted and broadcast from a location in the universe.

🪐 This month, our Funky Space Probe has ventured far beyond Earth’s orbit, arriving at Saturn’s icy moon, Enceladus.
Enceladus isn’t just another frozen rock floating through space. Beneath its icy crust, a massive ocean moves in the dark, hidden from the rest of the universe. Could something be swimming beneath the surface, vibing to the rhythm of our funky space probe’s mix?
If life exists beyond Earth, places like this are where we should be looking. And if anyone—or anything—out there is listening, we hope they’re feeling the groove.
