Message: It is the journey through imperfections of life that the final outcome is beautiful. Beauty is in the imperfections.

Hello my friends,

I'm super excited to share with you my latest song. This one is extremely special to me. When creating music, I found myself struggling with trying to create works of art that resonated with not only myself, but with others as well. After receiving a ton of negative feedback on my track I had made for Bentley, depression really kicked in. I felt lost as an artist. We all know that depression can snowball and I truly started feeling the weight of it.

One day, I decided to not go for any particular genre and just make a song from whatever flowed out of me. No copying of any sound, no trying to create music for a targeted audience, no genre restrictions. I strove to create a song that was purely an expression of my feelings and musical growth as an artist. 

That is how Catharsis came to be. It felt so freeing not being restricted. When I put aside self doubt and just focused on showing the growth I've had as an artist, I felt like I was flying, free from my emotional turmoils I had been feeling.

I hope you enjoy this track as much as I enjoyed creating it. Please remember that you are amazing in whatever you do and not to doubt yourself because, while we all struggle, its what we do to overcome them that matters.
