Just giving you a wee warning... this weeks it's all gone a bit hard hitting and like I said - "in yer face"!

No particular reason that this podshot is a bit harder hitting than others - it happens sometimes and I know you like it when it does because you always email me to tell me!

Cancer Research Awareness Special

Haven't done a special themed show in a very long time and this is probably the best one in a long time!

Inspired by the #nomakeupselfie campaign, which to recent stats has already raised more than £2 million and going strong, I thought I'd join in and try and encourage more of you lovely girls - young ones and non-young ones to do the same (even though a lot of you have already).

This week therefore is a show that is 100% female vocals bringing you some fantastic and beautiful music. Despite having a heavy cold and feeling a little rough I wasn't going to miss bringing you this show!

CAN I HAVE A REWIND!

Decided to do another "special" but I'm calling this show a rewind show, and here's why!

Regular listeners over the years may remember that I used to do an Indie Show Chart Show based on the top tracks which were most listened to on the Indie Show radio stream in that week.

The computer system can - when asked - produce a weekly chart of the top tracks which got the most amount of listeners on the radio station. Simple! But it's very time consuming to turn into a show.

So this week I've trawled through the log files and pulled out some of the Number Ones from the past few years - popped then all into a shuffle and picked out the first 10 tracks from that list.
