Born in Detroit in 1992, Kyle, or T.O.X, has always created art with a passion; originally creating for YouTube as Kyle James and experimenting in all creative roles. He began working with local artists to produce music videos and beats. While shooting a video, for Kyle James, up in the woods the idea of creating music came about. While drinking around a campfire with friends, the song “Drunk” was written. A SoundCloud was originally made in 2017 under the name T.O.X for beat production and sound design was then used for the newly released song “Drunk” in 2018. The name continued over and the first official T.O.X song was uploaded. The song became a hit for a first release getting over 40k plays. After the success of the first release, a self-titled EP went into production. The self-titled EP T.O.X came out on all major platforms in February 2019.
