a cautionary tale about being too stuck in your ways to make a change

when the days fin ally stop turning over who will you listen to?
forced to listen to long to the swan song of a man who spent his whole life dying
not even trying to live

exonerated by a made up story
quelled by his very telling
in the days that follow there would be specific instructions for the grievers
in two categories
cowards and believers
though it was all his narrative
he chose to share it far and wide
with great pride and hubris

showed no respect but expects your respect for him

trying to get through to a narcissist
