A native of Los Angeles that has had a passion for music all his life.  He was introduced to house in the 7th grade and began DJ'ing a year later.  Through all his years of being in the underground house scene, he acquired a taste for a distinct groove to call the 118 vibe.

I made this remix after discovering the original track and being moved by its ethnic spirit and the soul of Bashkortostan, where Ay Yola come from. Their unique blend of ancient Bashkir folk traditions with modern sounds inspired me to reinterpret the track in a progressive house style while keeping its essence. I’m sharing this version as a personal tribute to their culture and music—hope you feel the same connection I did.

I highly recommend checking out the original track, as well as exploring the group and the region they come from, to fully feel the inspiration behind this remix.
