Ole Mic Odd is a hardware producer and DJ from Los Angeles. His process is driven by live sets and live recordings, combining elements of acid, techno, electro, ebm, minimal wave and house music. He runs The New U.S. Government label, and has releases on Source Material, Zement, Hilltown Disco, Another Perspective, Natural Sciences, New York Haunted, Nerang Recordings + more.

"This live hardware set was written and recorded for the Black Lodge 7 Year Anniversary Gathering in DTLA, 15 April, 2022. The live show was cut a bit short – this practice run captures the full set in its entirety."

● Aztronouth (also known as Oortfunk) is an electronic music artist and DJ from the Netherlands, active for more than 20 years. He is the founder of Mechanism, a long-running Amsterdam event series dedicated to Detroit techno and electro.

As Aztronouth, he produces futuristic electro and techno, while under his alias Oortfunk he explores downtempo synth-funk and experimental sounds. His music reflects strong influences from hip-hop, disco, Detroit techno, and hi-tek soul, blending them into a distinctive style.

He is part of Waveform Syndicate [LIVE] (with Luus and Machinefunk) and has released music on respected labels such as CyberDomain, Boomstraat1818, Connectome Records, Abstract Rhythm, and Space Is The Place. Notable releases include the Aztroverse EP (CyberDomain, 2025) and Durgan’s Odyssey (Boomstraat1818).

For our next physical release, FERMA welcomes back home one of the individuals running the project, Romphea.

As a co-founder, he has long shaped the label’s uncompromising DIY ethos—placing experimentation, raw energy, and community at the heart
of its vision. After releasing in a series of acclaimed platforms, the forward-thinking DJ and producer from Vyronas, Athens returns to vinyl with
a genre-defying release. Building on the experimental pulse and reshaping the edge between electro, breaks and techno, Romphea continues that trajectory,
weaving together tense polyrhythms, warped melodic fragments, and cavernous spaces.

This release features four, plus three digital bonus original tracks, aiming to provide a clear sound identity for the artist. The A-side opens with “Calls from Salem”, a dystopian slow burner that sets the tone with broken-beat percussion and dissonant synth stabs. “Steel Chair” surges forward with unrelenting force, propelled by serrated arpeggios and a barrage of fragmented vocals that rise and fall within the space, crafted for peak-time eruption.

Flipping to the B-side, “Paid Dividends” reaches full intensity, layering hammering kicks and percussion, while the low end rumbles with tectonic weight, amplifying the energy to fever pitch. Closing the record on a more contemplative note, “We Are The Universe” slows the pace, easing the tension and drifting into deeper territory. Echoing chords drift into space, layered with fragile percussive details and low, throbbing pulses. It’s a meditation on collapse and renewal, offering a moment of breath after the storm.

Extending beyond the physical record, this release comes with three extra digital exclusives. "Moonlighting" is another dancefloor stomper,
capturing the tension and guiding dancers into a space where time dissolves, while in "Keygen Music", the rhythm remains grounded, but it is softened by melodic fragments that swirl in and out like fleeting memories. The release closes with "The 286 Theory" as a fierce statement: a four-to-the-floor cut, with layers of percussion that drive the groove forward, bringing the record full circle.

Straight from the source, defying the norms, devoted to the art. Do not sleep.
