After the success of her debut outing on Just This with ‘Frustration’ back in 2022, hotly- tipped Italian DJ and producer Olympe now returns to Hunter/Game’s burgeoning imprint with her eagerly anticipated sophomore follow-up, Voice Of The Night EP.
Featuring one brand new Olympe original and an additional remix from long-standing Ukrainian duo WooYork, Olympe’s Voice Of The Night EP sees the two in-demand talents deliver a powerful double-sided package that showcases each artists' unique ability to create memorable dance floor experiences, as they effortlessly transport listeners into their own distinct realms of sonic discovery.
Known for her deep, hypnotic and emotional strain of melodic techno, Olympe’s rise to international stardom since emerging onto the scene with her studio debut on Afterlife in 2022 has been impressive to say the least. This latest original offering is testament to Olympe’s versatile production credentials as she offers up an intricate web of mesmerising atmospheres and bold rhythms, harnessed by driving kicks and an intoxicating concoction of trippy vocal intricacies.

On the flip, we’re treated to an official remix from Ukrainian stalwarts, Woo York, who return to Just This for the first time since the release of ‘Good Old Days’ ft. Michael Mayo back in 2020. Putting their own inimitable spin on Olympe’s seductive original, Denys and Andrii's trademark mosaic of melodic sound design elements makes for a truly epic finale as they round out one of the most exciting releases on Just This to date.

The ‘C’est Toi’ artwork is a photograph taken by Jan Erik Waider at Hoffellsjökull glacial lagoon in Iceland, which is part of Vatnajökull National Park. A fine art photographer based in Hamburg, Germany, Jan is known for capturing abstract landscapes of the northern latitudes. With a focus on water, ice, and intricate natural patterns, his work reveals the beauty hidden in the subtle details of the world around us.

Exploring icebergs frozen in glacial lagoons, with tunnels large enough to walk through, Hoffellsjökull glacial lagoon is one of the most surreal experiences Iceland's winter has to offer. The 115th release on Darin Epsilon's renowned imprint features a brand new original track by Rafa Silva, Chilean-born Berlin based artist and label manager of Perspectives Digital.

With a rich and varied background, Rafa Silva has always had an "infinite love for music and art." Drawing inspiration from his roots in rock bands and a deep passion for classical music, he has crafted a distinct and captivating musical style. Since beginning his music career in 2018, his sound has evolved and found a home on esteemed imprints such as Ritter Butzke, Zehn Records, Poker Flat, and the renowned Balance Music.

Rafa is no stranger to Perspectives, having remixed Cary Crank's "Roll the Dice" in February 2023, while his track "Tabula Rasa" was featured on Perspectives Around the World, Vol. 7 five months later. Now returning for his third entry, "Desires" opens with a running bassline, a whip-cracking kick/snare combination, and ticking offbeat hi-hats. Evolving smoothly, an arpeggiated plucked phrase sets the stage before a filtered analog motif adds melodic dynamism. A new bassline coincides with a mid-range key change, adding gravitas before a stripped-back breakdown allows various motifs to merge with a vocal pad. A huge snare roll builds anticipation, leading to a powerful drop where melody and bassline unite for maximum dancefloor impact.

Nihil Young has been a defining figure in Melodic Techno and Progressive House for nearly two decades. With close to 1,000 production credits to his name, the Italian producer's rise to prominence is undeniable. Boasting 325K monthly Spotify listeners and a place among Beatport's all-time Top 50 Progressive House artists, his career has been marked by releases on prestigious labels such as Toolroom, Vintage Culture, Purified, Odd One Out, Einmusika, Beatfreak, Zerothree, UV, and Paul van Dyk's VANDIT.

A familiar name and friend of the label since 2020, with remixes for Mehmet Akar and SHAZZE, Nihil returns to Perspectives a year after his high-profile original track "Night We Seek", featuring vocalist Robin Korsal and collaborator Unseen. His remix of "Desires" is a smooth and effortless reimagining that shifts the track's key while preserving its melodic essence. A grooved bassline variation propels the remix forward, complemented by a spine-tingling lead motif and carefully woven original elements.
