Operating out of his Rosario home, Mariano Favre returns to Particles after a 13-year absence. A renowned name with releases on the likes of Manual Music, Perspectives Digital and Lowbit, the Argentinean artist delivers twin original tracks in "Abundance Mindset", while remixes come from a pair of fellow countrymen.

"Abundance" is a flowing progressive gem with head-shaking percussive top-line, deep-lying bassline groove and heavy kick laying dynamic foundations. Building through its phrases, a rippling arpeggio adds synth joy as epic pads and ethereal vox create additional sonic layers. Building to a powerful crescendo, the track drops back into its vibrant cadence and evocative melodic phrasing to mesmerising effect. "Mindset" continues the angelic vocal phrasing of its partner track as a driving rhythmic framework keeps the intensity high. Soaring synth phrases, spine-tingling arpeggios and plucked strings add to the aural collage at the breakdown before a rising wave of sound heralds a second half filled with dancefloor prowess. Rising and falling ease the track keeps listener intrigue high while a pulsating finale ensures worldwide club support.

Another returning artist sees Matias Chilano continue where he left off with a fourth remix for the label. 2018 saw a trio of reworkings for K Nass, Pysh and Andre Sobota before the Córdoba resident graduated onto Proton Music with new interpretations of Huminal, Erdi Irmak and Sebastian Sellares in 2019 and 2020. Re-establishing himself on Particles, the Matias Chilano remix takes "Abundance" in a trademark direction full of rhythmic prowess and production knowhow. Taking the central melodic themes of the original, a hefty bass groove powers forwards while airy juxtaposed synths sit atop, steeped in emotion. Wrapped in a crisp new rhythmic shell, a familiar arpeggio and swathe of effects criss-cross the stereo spectrum to create a potent and accomplished new interpretation.

An Argentinean artist to come to the attention of the progressive house cognoscenti, Mayro has risen in prominence over the past 4 years. A prolific artist with releases on the likes of Perspectives Digital, Traful and Siona Records, his "Crazy Thoughts" EP in June 2022, with remixes from Kamilo Sanclemente and Blanka Barbara, saw him make an impressive Particles debut. Now returning, the Mayro remix of "Mindset" is a chunky rhythmic powerhouse that bristles with cavernous bassline and shaker-fuelled percussive intensity. Melodic echoes from the original resonate through the 7-minute piece as a swathe of new production material gives the Mayro interpretation a darker and more contemplative ambience as new melodic patterns swirl in mesmerising patterns throughout the second half.

Through a plethora of new sonic imaginings, Mariano Favre has created an "Abundance Mindset", ably supported by Matias Chilano and Mayro.

First track MYRRHA, presents organic elements smooth and rhythmic that drives for a uplifting feeling. Nikko Mavridis from Greece, presents a delightful remix, a well crafted progressive roller, adding his sound signature with ,tribal rhythms and souring melodies. Next track is MARIA, with its progressive design, adding a special mood married with fluid rhythms, radiant atmospheres and percussive arrangements, complementing the remarkable melody that elevates your feelings. Mexican producer David Podhel, closes the EP with a remix anchored by a warm and spacious groove filled with percussive arrangements.
Definitely an EP for those special sunset moments on the dance floor; making this a must-have for the progressive and organic house lovers.

Originally released on 90watts, Jochem Hamerling's Stretch Marks single now gets a fresh overhaul on Manual Music with a pair of brand new remixes by Callecat and Cyantist, making this an all Dutch affair.

A little something for everyone to enjoy here as Callecat go for their trademark rolling progressive house sound, whilst Cyantist open up the synths for a more emotive and melodic rework.

Our artist Jorge Viana returns to Coanda Records after the successful EP "Micelio".
"Orion's Belt" unmasks another artistic facet.
The first piece of the EP, "Alnitak", shows us the energy and vigor with sounds between sweet and bitter, without letting the dance floor rest. With its characteristic groove, bright and dark at the same time, ideal for the peak hours of a club.
"Alnilam", follows in the same line, impacting directly on the listener. Strength and mysticism are combined in this work, at times intense, and at others melancholic, trying to remember something that is within us, but without knowing what it is.
Completing the EP we find "Mintaka", a wonder, with minimal sounds, a very powerful bass, simple but effective, with progressive overtones and an amazing descent, leaving us with the drop like a kick in the face, unexpectedly.
"Orion´s Belt" is an EP that can be enjoyed in its entirety, ideal for the dance floor, to give a spin to the dj set and leave the listeners in awe.

'A talented and prolific artist, Nōpi returns to Meanwhile with a second original EP in the shape of the 3-track masterpiece, “Stri;la”.

A rising Ukrainian star in the underground dance firmament, Nōpi has featured in the upper echelons of the Progressive and Organic House charts with a plethora of tracks signed to finest modern imprints. Replug, When We Dip XYZ and Anjunadeep have all played host to his distinctive and mellifluous tones, while Meanwhile also saw Nōpi release a twin-track offering of the highest order in January 2021 with his “Spoon Light” EP.

The “Stri;la” title track immediately excites with its powerful rhythmic backdrop and driving beat. A running bassline soon adds to the overall urgency while trademark atmospheric keys float over the mid-range in unhurried fashion. The juxtaposition between free-flowing melodies and rapid-fire percussion creates a delicious tension, before a glorious breakdown displays a wealth of textures, effects and atmospheres. Building into a rousing crescendo, the final movement explodes into life with a cascading array of harmonies and dynamic dancefloor prowess.

Continuing the powerful rhythmic force, “Stay” combines chest-thumping kick and ticking percussive groove, while underwater effects and mesmerising looped motif create a filtered sequence that resonates with tape delay and panned ambient effects. Bearing all the hallmarks of The Future Sound of London during their “Dead Cities” era, Nōpi has successfully captured an iconic sound while simultaneously advancing it into the modern progressive zeitgeist with a plethora of attendant organic house influences and multi-faceted aural tapestry. The resultant piece is as distinctive as it is ingenious and sonically rewarding, both in club and solo listener environments.

The final track sees the deeper vibe of “My Prophet World” take centre stage. Playing host to a filtered bassline cadence and pulsating white-noise pads infused with delays, an evocative melody gradually emerges to sit perfectly atop the classy dancefloor backdrop. Over its 8-minute voyage an interwoven tapestry of pitched and delayed motifs fold over each other in coruscating patterns. Full of dancefloor know-how and immaculate production technique, the track waxes and wanes with typical ease, hitting its mark at the 5-minute point where a magical pause provides the perfect vehicle for Nōpi’s delightful melodic groove to take centre stage once more.

Able to paint a unique sonic picture with a canvas full of iridescent colour and vivid texture, Nōpi hits the heights once more with his “Stri;la” triptych.'

A longtime favourite in his native country, Turkish producer Gad Mitrani makes his debut on Balance Music with a single that makes a strong case for being one of his best-ever outings. Joining him on remix duties is the talented Dutch artist Alex O'Rion, who turns in an exquisite rework that adds more groove to the original whilst keeping the essence intact.
