The name for this piece is a quadruple entendre.  It can stand for Randy California the fine guitarist of the band Spirit.  It can stand for a person named Randy in California.  It can stand for the famous donut shop in California.  Finally, it can stand for a person who is horny in California.

I wrote this on bass guitar.  That is, the bass line came to me in the morning when I was waking up.  I started recording it using my precision bass.  I play my Squire strat with the Lindly Fralin split blade pickups on rhythm and lead guitar. This  is one of my Surf Rock songs.  You can find others on trhis playlist.
