PRIOR TO ANY ACT OF DEMOLITION: 
1. When Locator gets a permit to demolish a club, they must call 1-800-LOCATOR and inform that they are demolishing a club. Locator will contact the club commission to inform of the deconstruction. A representative from the club commission and each utility authority will go to the site and spray the corresponding colors for each utility to ensure safe and successful groove throughout the destruction. If you do not see these markings in the club do not proceed with the demolition.
2. Locator must post a demolition notice prior to 10 days of the deconstruction of the club. Once that notice is posted they must also inform the four neighboring buildings on either side (left and right) with a letter about the demolition and include a copy of the permit, in addition they must notify the four neighbors behind the club. If this notice is not received within a few days of the demolition posting this warrants a 1-800-LOCATOR call. •
3. When any clubs are deconstructed, Locator is required to protect the dance floor by obtaining a RTG (Right To Groove permit) for the duration of demolition.
