‘Changing’ is a sonic reflection of the journey of “change”; facing different phases - from consideration, before, during and after the transitory phases of change. ‘Changing’ is brought to you by emerging self taught artist, Delialah El-Atwi who’s garnered over 90,000 monthly active listeners by releasing independently: A pianist/guitarist from Santa Ana, California. Delialah aspires to be a film score composer. With the help of social media, she recently scored a short film called “Lolo Always said to Keep Running”, directed by Nathan Flores. When she’s not making music, she paints in watercolors and specializes in drawing buildings, and landscapes. Delialah produces moody, emotional, sad, but deeply alluring sonic textures - instrumentals that almost lean into experiential vibes; taking the listener on a most reflective journey. “Changing” will be her first sonic debut in partnership with piano brand, A N T I T H E S I S and her first, but certainly not her last release with OUT.LI.ER Records.

‘Listening’ is the first original debut three record EP from piano brand, A N T I T H E S I S (aka Georgii Speakman and Phillip Lewis) for 2023. ‘Listening’ is a sonic reflection of listening to self, along with others in an interpersonal setting. I.e. Being ‘Still’, to ‘Wander’ or ‘Ponder’ within a situation. A N T I T H E S I S has taken a new sonic approach with this EP, which will be followed up with ‘Missing’ - another original three record EP that’s taken a deeper, richer, edgier, but much more cinematic approach in its overall sound and style: Haunting, as it is alluring, romantic and sad. ‘Seven Pt. III’ is a masterful conscious hip hop collaboration between MC/rapper, Awon, producer, Seb Zillner and original piano compositions from A N T I T H E S I S. Awon brings provocative, powerful, authentic and credible lyricism most current to real day events and happenings, but equally timeless, meaningful and sentimental given we’re releasing this well crafted album on the day of Awon’s brothers passing (November 4). “Seven Pt. III” is a continued focus on themes surrounding the number itself, i.e. seven chakras within the human body; seven days of creation; seven colors in the rainbow; seven days of the week, etc. In the New Testament, the number seven symbolizes the unity of the four corners of the Earth with the Holy Trinity. The number seven is also featured in the Book of Revelation (seven churches, seven angels, seven seals, seven trumpets and seven stars). The number seven holds significance in almost every major global religion and is indicative of healing.

Atlanta boasts so much colorful history, eccentricity, creativity and diversity - we wanted to capture just a glimpse of “togetherness” in and around various pockets of the city…

A N T I T H E S I S has partnered with Minthaze - a lofi/hip hop producer from Okinawa, Japan to bring you ‘Cadence’. Leaning into this concept of “cadence” are emotions that reflect the nature of a relationship that was striving to be successful, but was always a struggle; and ultimately a relationship where it's impossible / an ongoing fight to find "cadence" within it: The nature of dichotomy in relationships.

Minthaze (About):
Minthaze, born in Okinawa (Japan) is a lofi/hip hop producer who grew up in Florida/Texas while living in America but moved back to Japan around the age of 14. Growing up in America gave him a direct gateway to hip hop and he was infatuated from a very young age. He began producing at age 12 and hasn't stopped since. Minthaze’s first introduction to music was as his mother played classical and jazz music for him every night, and that continued. Minthaze likes to let his music "do the talking" as he doesn't speak much himself. An introvert for the most part, an individual who views everything as a form of art. Many details of his upbringing will not be disclosed but if you listen close enough you might learn more about Minthaze.

Writing music has been a form of meditation for Mani - a way to connect to deeper emotions within. A N T I T H E S I S presents ‘Halcyon’ - Mani’s first EP reflecting the sounds of the halcyon bird having witnessed the relationships and lives that have lived in, and around the waterways, and rivers of Greece. This is to encapsulate all the secrets that have ventured over time - journeying along the waters in hope of finding solace, retreat and privacy, but also having had to face the ups and downs of the water, and currents: Symbolic of the relationships one might have experienced, not only with themselves, but in secrecy with another.
