This song came from a place of true despair and acceptance. Acceptance over the fact that life was being lived in a way that was not deserved. This song is an anthem to all victims of abuse. Whatever form that may take. It was not an easy song to write, sing, or even make. But I feel it needed to. Music is supposed to release and maybe even possibly heal some anguish.
