Project Purple (aka Breaksonaxonbass) is comprised of Matt Slammer (https://soundcloud.com/matt-slammer) on the turntables/live tech and Kingobassbox on bass with effects pedal. 

Most tracks are comprised of a minimal set of components i.e. an acapella, a classic breakbeat (or 2) and a bassline. This allows the tracks to be played and recorded live in one take and ensures that no track is ever quite the same.

Signature ingredients include chopped beats, mashed hip hop acas and funky bass fused together to create a modern jazz experience.
