Welcome to twenty-fifth Project 13 release. the German duo Stil & Bense present two original melodic techno tracks. This new Ep is called 'Soft Core' and includes two importants remixes by the French duo Abstraal and the German Matthias Schuell.

Soft core tells the story of a journey to the core of a gigantic machine. It sounds and looks strange at first hand, even chilling from a distance. But the closer you get and the more you understand how it works, the more you realize the beauty of all the different parts, wires and circuits working together. If you get to the core, you get to know the basic principle, the core algorithm, which is the key to a deeper understanding of the whole machine. As you move away, the whole thing has changed and you see it in a new light, you have a different understanding of the machine, even of yourself and your surroundings. In a way, it’s also an analogy to a good club track. It has to have a soul, a core that is open to interpretation, communication, emotion.

Lucas Ariel Gómez is an Argentine DJ and producer, born in the vibrant southern area of Lomas de Zamora in the Province of Buenos Aires. From a young age, Lucas showed a great enthusiasm for music, a passion nurtured by family sessions where both national and international rock were played. These early musical experiences planted the seeds for what would become a career dedicated to the sonic arts.

Lucas's passion for electronic music emerged at the age of 12, when he received the 'Clubland' compilation album by Hernan Cattaneo as a gift. This album not only opened the doors to a new world of sounds but also ignited in him the desire to learn the secrets of mixing and music production. Three years later, at 15, his dream began to take concrete shape when he was given his first mixer, allowing him to experiment and create his own sets.
Over the years, Lucas has explored various subgenres of electronic music, developing a unique style that stands out in Progressive, Deep, Melodic House & Techno. His dedication and talent have led him to collaborate with renowned record labels such as 3rd Avenue and AH Digital, where he has found the perfect platform to share his musical vision. His productions have not only resonated on dance floors but also captured the attention of a global audience that appreciates his melodic and progressive approach.

Lucas also plays a crucial role in the development of the South American music scene as the label manager of South America Avenue, a sub-label of Sound Avenue (Madloch). This label is dedicated to promoting both emerging and established artists from the region, creating a platform that highlights the talent and creativity of South American DJs and producers.

Throughout his career, Lucas Ariel Gómez has proven to be a creative force in electronic music, combining his innate passion with an unceasing quest for innovation and excellence. His commitment to music and his ability to connect with the audience ensure that his influence will continue to grow in the coming years.
