New York based DJ / Producer Collin Oliver has been described as a musical threat from Long Island with a long and winding road ahead of him” by music insider Tommie Sunshine

When Collin approached his parents at 12 years old with the idea of being an international touring DJ and Producer it naturally took them by surprise, but his focus and determination was so intense that he almost instantly won over their support. After taking his new career very seriously Collin convinced his family to travel in the fall of 2018, which was life changing for the young artist. He attended Amsterdam Dance Event and it opened his mind up to the possibility that his dreams could actually become a reality. Being among thousands of people all involved in music in some capacity or another, for an entire week, ensured him he was on the right path. He was able to network with other artists, who were always surprised that someone of his age had such a grasp on his craft. As a DJ every time people see Collin perform they are immediately captivated by his passion for the music. As a producer his melodies and vocals pull from House and Disco, to come up with his own sound not quite seen before. Collin has produced and remixed tracks from various artists, and has released multiple tracks of his own. Now only a few years later with his single “Help Me” on Brooklyn Fire Records, Collin now has his own Radio Show called “Ripple Effects” that broadcasts the newest house music weekly across the globe on over 16 stations including Taste makers on Dash Radio. Collin has also played Miami Music Week, Amsterdam Dance Event, clubs in Charlotte North Carolina and various types of venues in his home base of New York. The world is absolutely starting to take notice. We hope you do as well.

Bio
I started learning to DJ after attending my first music festival. Friends and I happened to see a DJ perform on a side stage while waiting for Coldplay to come on, It changed my life. I loved what he was doing and how the energy was way different than any of the other stages. After that, I went home and just researched as much as possible about Djs until eventually doing It myself. Few years later, I was able to get my first gig at a club opening up for Andrew Rayel at Noto in Philadelphia. That summer I started playing gigs all over Towson and Federal Hill (Baltimore) and since I’ve been given the opportunity to open up for Audien, Laidback Luke, San Holo, and Regard. I have been lucky to play in DC, VA, PA and of course MD. My goal is to expand as much as possible, while creating music and playing that to as many house music lover as possible. In Baltimore, the house music scene is not quite where we’d like It to be so friends and I are starting to throw small events to be able to hang around and listen to the music we like and slowly push house music even more which is why I would love to be able to experience other states where electronic music is played.
