Wuza Waves from Russia with love. Today we present to you a podcast that hits you with a different sound than usual. P.C.P. ( Perforated Cerebral Party ) are not only the couple behind the label Somatik Sound System and host of Somatikfestival in St. Petersburg. They bring a brutal, but in a good way brutal, sound which makes us even more excited about their upcoming release on Wuza Records.
Since the pair only exclusively plays livesets, their mixing game is on point. The mix contains several new tracks from the album that they are finishing at the moment, combined with tracks from the past. „We decided not to show all our new tracks yet - we kept the sweetest secrets to ourselves for now, so stay intrigued for the release!“

This may not be my most polished work, it was done within two days in a very strange mood. I started doing "something with music" to take my mind off the things happening - and ended up composing while at the same time having a news-channel permanently showing all that madness on a little screen on my desk. I really wanted to turn it off, most of the pictures and texts were repeated constantly, there was kinda no point in having the device active all the time - but I just couldn´t. 
Strangely enough even in this "setting" creating music did for me what it has been doing for 25 years now: When things come too close, when I reach that point where I think "Man, if you don´t stop thinking now, if you don´t stop walking on the edge of this abyss right now, everything may fall apart to a point of no return", then transforming this lurking nothingness into something has so often saved me in a way. 
Therefore a lot of my tracks are like time-capsules for me - when I listen, I can exactly re-feel what was wrong (most of the time something was wrong) or what I was thinking about back then.
More and more I realized that this piece of music perhaps would be connected even closer to the very moment it was created than usually. I really hope that, given time, I will look at this one and say "These were some dark weeks in history and I remember them exactly when listening, but at least in the end it didn´t turn out as terrible as it could have".

Air Motion

BIO is a music band that was founded as an electronic project in 90's and it is an example of Russian synth-POP. This band was created by Alexandre Yakovlev in 1990 after "Bioconstructor" broke up, being a band- founder of soviet electronic music. Other members of "Bioconstructor" established a band called "Technology". BIO's sound is well known not only in Russia but in other countries. This band has always been focused on synth-pop sound with philosophical and technocratic texts. A few albums were issued last years: from 2005-2009 BIO's anthology of songs, an MP3 collection with all the songs of the band and best remixes.
In 2010 the band recorded and issued a new album "Heroes of mysteries".
In 2014 a project "Pioneers" was launched. This album in particular we would like to present in our CD.
Here you can find songs that are similar to each other because of the common subject of the disc which is finding ways for our civilizations to enter the space, understanding that in near future it will become possible to step in the nearest planets of the solar system.
These songs will remind people how the inner life is connected to the outer world. Here you can see some changes in people's destinies due to their decisions and re-comprehensions of what is happening in their lives.
In this album you will find a ready-made script of science-fiction movie about a future expedition and its flight to the nearest star system called "Sirius".
What can happen with astronauts during their difficult journey full of unexpectedness? Who and what can help people on their space roads? And who are they the pioneers of the Space?
This CD with the album "The Pioneers" anticipate soon release of totally new work of BIO with absolutely new content! Everything continues!

I was born and grew up to the sounds of disco and synthpop. Rose to his feet and crepe with techno and hardcore. Mature with electro , industrial and break beat scene .
Preferring electronic sound , not for a minute did not forget about living ( whether rock or classical ) music . Moreover , I was always looking for moments of symbiosis independent cultures .
Already during his school years , not knowing how , I knew I wanted to do . All earned or where the money went on special  literature , wires and tools . How some go crazy for fast cars and red for the girls , I had dreams, black and white keys , knobs and sliders of the synth ...
After gathering the necessary equipment , in 2003, he recorded his first album in different styles of electronic music .

OK ,why EGOIST ? It's just - everything, from the first sample to the CD booklet ,I prefer to do myself and love it !
