Toolroom kicks off 2023 with the latest edition of Leaders Of The New School – an album series devoted to championing new and emerging talent in House and Techno. 

The album welcomes 16 new and upcoming artists to the label, each a graduate of the renowned Toolroom Academy production school. Established in 2015 as the label’s educational arm, the Academy exists to break down the barriers between new artists and the electronic music industry via cutting-edge music education and mentorship. 

Leaders Of The New School 2023 boasts a wide variety of fresh international acts, including label debuts from established artists Harpoon, Dale Move, Nolek, CHESSER and breaking through undiscovered talents such as HARRT, Charmian Love, Loz Seka, Myla and Emma Clair.

Hot Creations welcomes Uzbekistan talent Trace to the mix for his deep grooving ‘Fake Friends’. 

Fresh from releases on Nervous Records, North Of Neptune, and Criterio Records, Trace continues to make a mark as a promising up-and-coming artist in the electronic music sphere. Sometimes we have signed artists whom become in top producers in the future. We have the feeling we are in front of one of these artists. Marco Strous is one of the names to follow this 2019. 'Tip Toe' was very successful but we are pretty confident his debut EP on elrow music will be huge!

'LMAO' starts with a solid beat, raw but powerful. Everything starts with a weird synth line, the lead hook of the track. Some tricks, a good vocal sample with great production details and awesome breakdowns for one of the most original tracks we've released ever. 'Flex' is something straight for the club, vocal chops, huge bassline, a proper bomb for the dancefloor. The 2019 favourite release in elrow music headquarters!
