Our second installment comes from Clark Key & CHAN, two lads on the come up who are makin big moves in big strides. Label boss Danny Howard makes his welcome return to own imprint Nothing Else Matters this summer, this time teaming up with DJ, producer and all-round powerhouse CHANEY for their brand-new 'This Beat' EP. A firm favourite at Radio 1 with Danny, Sarah and Pete all supporting his recent productions, CHANEY, is an exciting new artist who landed on the scene in early 2018 when he made his debut on Skint. Since then, he has gone on to release on an impressive list of labels including Toolroom, Stress, Edible, Cr2 and Warner with major support from the likes of MistaJam, Jamie Jones, Patrick Topping, The Blessed Madonna and Disciples. Off the back of a recent studio session together, Danny and CHANEY compared tips and tricks and as a result came up with two killer productions made for the dancefloor. The 'This Beat' EP fuses both artists unique sound; expect uplifting keys, electrifying vocals, playful basslines, unique synth-driven grooves and heavyweight House percussion, sure to resonate across the White Isle this season.

London based House duo Saison make their welcome return to Toolroom's Trax imprint this August with their brand-new single, 'Drop It'. Having spent the best part of a decade honing their trademark sound, this dynamic duo have seen a string of successful releases on an impressive line-up of labels including Future Disco, Defected, Guesthouse, Large, Nervous, Big Love, alongside their own signature imprint, No Fuss Records. With a unique sound that incorporates influences from their disparate backgrounds, Saison's music is raw, heady and illustrative of House music at its very best. 'Drop It' is their exciting new follow up to their debut on the label back in May and oozes sophistication which reflects their moniker sound and groove. Heavyweight House drums, pulsating bassline, intricate percussion and bouncing build-ups of tech tinged claps and drops resonate throughout, making this another hard hitting dancefloor weapon from this impressive duo.

Globally admired DJ and producer Riva Starr is back on Hot Creations and fired up to send dancefloors wayward with ‘Dippin’ Side.’ This time he calls on techno don Joseph Capriati to remix plus teams up with rising producers Haiku 575.

Title track ‘Dippin’ Side’ is an ultimate club banger, while Capriati’s remix skillfully strips back into a deep end roller. ‘Owls and Toucans’ brings the collaboration with Haiku 575, playing with trippy synths over heavy percussions.

Snatch! Records boss Riva Starr has released on the most esteemed underground labels, from Dirtybird, Saved and Hot Creations to his forthcoming album ‘Definition Of Sound’ on Cajual Records. His famed 'Rechunk' re-edits have given his fail safe touch to names like Daft Punk and London Grammar. Making this cross-pollination seem so effortless has won a team of supporters from Gilles Peterson to David Squillace, Adam Beyer to Pete Tong.

Joseph Capriati is recognized as one of the principal profiles in techno. From his ‘Self Portrait’ album on Drumcode in 2013 to his Music On residency at Amnesia for Marco Carola he has become one of the most in demand names in the business. Haiku 575 is a duo composed of M_Abbatangelo (manager and co-owner with Davide Squillace of This And That Lab) and Cipy (a veteran producer and long-time member of the Get Physical and Kinsdisch family), who after more than a decade of friendship decided to go into the studio together. The duo and Riva are thrilled with the release and planning more collaborations together in the future.
