@santiago-jovit - Cigarrillo Infinito | The first gem by Jovit I discovered in @sleeveplusplus’ shopping window while having a smoke outside. The cover art made an immediate impact on me so I wanted to check out the record. Only one track really did catch me. Nevertheless I purchased the record not until my second sleeve-visit when I had a further listen with my buddy from @peter_sniffin. We both agreed: the perfect last track which I rather want to show you first to mark the occasion. Caution: sudden ending!

@binarydigit - 4020 Pitteurs FM | Track nr 2 by Binary Digit I wanted to integrate into a set for a long time but it never made the cut since its vibe wasn’t matching the other tracks. Nonetheless in itself this track is ultra harmonious and beautifully melancholic, IDM-ic, spheric and has a happy end. That’s how I like it. I only just noticed that the record is normally 45 RPM while I always listened to it on 33. XD

@djunisex - All I Do Is Program | My new mate @friedrich_ernst from @self-learning-system gifted me his first published record when we first met at @vary_leipzig. This of course brings some extra importance to it. Therefore I wanted to congratulate you for your “Altherren-Electro”-debut. 😉 Your approach to producing electronic music completely autodidactic did really excite me.

@transluciddream - Tidentity | Translucid from Leipzig launched his very own label about a year and a half ago and is off to an unparalleled kick start. This record is very experimental - blending different tempos and genres, it comes on blue vinyl and with an amazing cover art. Diese erste Perle von @santiago-jovit habe ich beim Draußen-Rauchen im Schaufenster von @sleeveplusplus entdeckt. Das Cover hat mich geschickt und deswegen wollte ich mal reinhören. Nur Track A2 hat mich komplett abgeholt. Trotzdem habe ich mich erst beim zweiten Sleeve-Besuch durchringen können sie mitzunehmen, weil ich mit meinem Kumpel von @peter_sniffin zusammen reingehört hab. Wir waren uns einig. Der perfekte letzte Track, den ich euch aber zur Feier des Anlasses als erstes kredenzen möchte. Obacht: abruptes Ende

Nr. 2 von @binarydigit wollte ich schon lange Mal in ein Set einbringen aber habe es dann immer gelassen, weil die Stimmung so unstimmig zu den anderen Platten erschien aber in sich ist sie ultra stimmig und schön melancholisch, idm-ish, sphärisch und mit Happy End. So hab ichs gern.
Gerade ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Platte eigentlich auf 45 läuft und ich sie immer auf 33 höre XD

Mein neuer Kumpel von Self Lerning System @friedrich_ernst  hat mir zu unserem Kennenlernen im @vary_leipzig seine erste verlegte Platte geschenkt. Das lädt das Teil natürlich mit Extrabedeutung auf. Deshalb auch an dieser Stelle herzlichen Glückwunsch zu eurem „Alt-Herren-Electro“-Debut 😉 Euer Ansatz zum autodidaktischen Produzieren elektronischer Musik hat mich begeistert.

eves120 started djing in 2017 and moved to leipzig two years ago. Her sound is characterized by a good selection of fast electro, breaks and house. While always playfully drifting from spherical and more soft sounds to straighter stuff.
