@procfiskal - Pic of U | I really love the sweet energy of this track. At the same time it serves some glitches, that always catches me. Also this kind of liquidy sounding highs are what I enjoy the most.

@reptant_the_lizard - Lizard Theme | Reptant is one of the very first producers I digged when I started DJing 2 years ago and I still love to play  the sound. This track is a very nice combination of my beloved broken rhythms and a very playful melody.

Sam & Jack Brickel - Resurgence | Animalia is one of my favorite labels. This VA ‘Animalia One’ was curated by amazing @kia-sydney. I love digging Australian sounds. This one is a classic for me. Enjoy!

@alekleaf - Enough | This track shows perfectly that bpm is just a number. 140 bpm ‘dubby’ energy. I love to play sounds like this in my sets to create a ‘halftime effect’.

@minor-science - For Want Of Gelt | At the end I chose to play this very special one by Minor Science. What catches me the most are the crazy drums in the end of the track you would never expect in the beginning.

Ever since sophiise moved to Leipzig they loved diving into the local music scene while experiencing it from different perspectives. Behind the decks, they deliver a combination of multiple genres, usually focused on heavy bass and breaks, bouncy rhythms, liquid sounds and glitchy elements. As part of @mjutme they also had the chance to discover different approaches of creating an atmosphere through music. And as part of substituierbar sophiise try to add their own understanding of that to Leipzig. Enjoy this episode showcasing a few different facets of their taste in music.
