Raraku marks a striking debut for the label and the first full-length album from Tāmaki Makaurau based artist Eli Høff.

Steeped in atmosphere, this work is a powerful ritual. Each track moving with the weight of ceremony, part procession, part invocation, drawing the listener through windswept terrain and ancient percussive rites.

Shaped by deep, pulsing rhythms and a whirlpool of psychedelic textures, Raraku is a hypnotic embrace meant to be played loud, with care, surrounded by the canopy of Aotearoa’s forest.

After we have mononom from collective @lpzg.callin who moved to Leipzig about two years ago but already is a regular in it's techno scene.

Coming up next in our podcast series is one of our favorite live acts - @Triquetra-2, the Belgian twin brothers who are setting the goa trance scene ablaze!

An entirely live and full-hardware project, Triquetra merges the old-school spirit of 90s trance with a raw, spontaneous analog approach. Armed with synthesizers and a didgeridoo, their sound bridges acid, goa and many other influences, always with a deeply organic and tribal dimension.

It’s an absolute pleasure for us to host one of their analog rituals in our series, especially since this one has been recorded live at the latest Surya Spirits (@Suntrip-records) event in Ghent earlier this October. So prepare for a forward-driven flow of ancient vibrations and spiralling goa trance vibes!

WP MIX SERIES #37 - TRIQUETRA (LIVE)

This months Proper Charts comes to you with two vital members of Leipzig’s techno scene who are not afraid to dig deeper into different genres.

For episode 129 we invited ILOVDADDYZ: From Atlanta to Leipzig, they’ve become an iconic force on the city’s dancefloors, known for a raw groove, tight tension, and unmistakable energy. Not only are we excited to talk about dancefloor culture and their five tracks for Proper Charts but also might have a quick review of Fridays Beso de Tres at Axxon N. ;)

After that, episode 130 will feature ZAN collective member Lena xx who has quickly become a household name in Leipzig’s techno scene. Mixing everything from blissful house to dark, forward driving techno and trance, her sound is steadily evolving, so we can’t wait to see what five tracks she has in store for us this Sunday.
