Long before today’s electronic music existed and even before the rise of purist house music, there was disco. It was disco that began the modern dance revolution, and Dumbers & MAXIMALS’s new track “Dancin’” proves that it still holds the timeless power to get a crowd grooving.  The Protocol Recordings producers give a fresh twist on the label’s familiar house sound with the funky, bouncy bass line of “Dancin’”, which is accented by soulful melodies that make the track’s title come to life. Dumbers & MAXIMALS have managed to take a vintage-inspired sound and make it accessible to the modern generation of electronic music lovers, which is a unique move at a time when the music scene is so focused on futuristic productions.

Founded by Nicky Romero, Protocol Recordings is synonymous with house and progressive house music.  However, the label has been signing dynamic up-and-coming talent - such as Dumbers & MAXIMALS - and thus diversifying its music. MAXIMALS is an Italian duo who are inspired by the atmosphere of dance music in the ‘70s and ‘80s, while Dumbers brings his experience playing in funk and rock bands to the table - all influences that are evident in the vibe of “Dancin’”.  Dumbers & MAXIMALS have received support from the likes of Thomas Gold, Firebeatz and more.  Perhaps they will be the ambassadors to bring “old school”, disco-influenced music back to the mainstream! Being imbued with energetic vibe and unrelenting and fragile voice sequence flowing naturally with the electrifying beat, „Hero” is presented as one of those tracks which can’t be produced in five minutes. In order to reach its profound yet high-powered timbre it took a long time for Blinders to create such a cutting-edge. The project was being produced in planes and trains while the producer was travelling in Asia and Europe. Moreover, it took him almost one year and five different vocals to find out the vocal version he was really satisfied with. For two pins he’d lose this one-year-work-project because his laptop was lost on the airport which got him really scared. Fortunately, the artist had his stuff found next day so now we are lucky to hear effects of his long story with „Hero”. The track will also be released on the next Protocol ADE compilation.

Sweet Escape (Extended Mix)- Turnlow

After a little break of two months, Goldfire Records is back with a new release that sets a new label record as it includes four remixes of the main track.
Hailing from Austria, versatile DJ and producer Ryan Housewell presents his new Progressive anthem called 'This Feeling', featuring stunning vocals by US singer and songwriter Alina Renae.
The Original Mix stands out with a catchy melody, rock-solid arrangement and inspiring lyrics, making it a perfect hymn for the seemingly never-ending late summer of 2018.

The first remix is delivered by Uplink, one of a total of three german remixing acts.
Their remix is the go-to mix for all the lovers of piano sound and a happy and motivating mood and has already been picked for Volume 87 of the famous 'Club Sounds' compilation series.

Next up on the package comes Munich based rising talent High 'n' Rich. He also stands for Future House, but a little more serious with pitched vocals and a massive stomping drop. No surprise he made it to Revealed Recordings lately with a lot of DJ support for his track 'Rise Up'.

Taking no prisoners with his remix is fellow german artist GHST. His interpretation is atmospheric in the break and very groovy in the drop - Future House as good as it gets.

Last but definitely not least we have a remix which is a cooperation between Canada and USA based artists VYMVN & DAXX. They took the Electro House direction and convince their listeners with rhythm variety and an own dramaturgy.
