'My Love' is the new single on the Generation Smash June release schedule, and it's one with a sweltering amount of energy and groove thanks to a creative collaboration between Adam De Great, Patrick Morena and Kevin Sihwan.
 
The track features a husky male topline that saddles up with a slightly electro-glitch instrumental and aims to take the track into repeat plays with both DJs and fans alike. It's full of powerful kicks and squelching basslines. 
 
Adam De Great has graced several of Europe's finest stages, from Sunrise Festival to Mayday and Sensation to ULTRA, sharing it with Armin van Buuren, Nicky Romero, Roger Sanchez, plus various others. One of Poland's exciting talents, his arrival on Generation Smash, marks an exciting chapter. His collaborator and fellow countryman, Patrick Morena, has found success on various labels that include Spinnin' Records, Dharma Worldwide, Revealed and Armada Music. EDM producer and multi-instrumentalist Kevin Sihwan hails from South Korea, where he was initially producing K-pop and Japanese City Pop before turning to dance music.

Tony Junior has been making quite a name for himself via Smash The House recently, including his release with SWACQ ‘Speakah Wreckah’, which was picked up by everyone from label bosses Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike to W&W and Blasterjaxx, and now the Dutch producer teams up with Danimal for ‘The Lights’, dropping via Generation Smash. Danimal is a fresh talent, who made his debut on Generation Smash with ‘Ghost Of The Jungle’, and the pair team up for the first time to great effect on this pounding anthem.

The track drives forward to a tribal rhythm and pumping bassline, which combine for a beat that is guaranteed to get people moving. A grand vocal helps to elevate the track, pushing it into standout territory, while both producers skills are on show with a variation in groove in the breakdown, which provides some nice evolution in the track, before returning to the driving beat, complimented by sampled stabs that add to the overall atmosphere nicely. 

Generation Smash has become renowned for pushing the most forward-thinking sounds regardless of artist name, and ‘The Lights’ is another example of their skills in recognising talent and music that rises to the top.
