Dutch DJ Jimmy Clash has been permeating the scene with a presence felt by many in recent years. From stand-out sets at ADE, to releases including ‘Sound The Alarm’ with Wolfpack and Richie Loop on Smash The House that received support from Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, as well as Dada Life and Futuristic Polar Bears, he now brings the force on ‘Troublemaker’ with Da Knightshiftah in tow.

Commencing with industrial, aggravated synths that add bite instantly, Da Knightshiftah’s MC spits dial the attitude up to 11, lines of “I run the street like a real big spenda/ When we’re all done, don’t surrender” propelling the gravitas even further. As the abrasive apex comes to its climax, it’s devastating, gritty big-room house that will overtake your psyche long after its first listen as two worlds collide for this late-Summer smash.

If you're beginning to feel the winter blues, Maximals have your antidote with their new "Reset" EP. Featuring three brand new tracks, the veteran Italian duo brings a spectrum of funky house vibes to the table that definitely don't disappoint. The lead single "No More" opens the sonic venture with piano melodies coupled with reverberating synths, all complemented by soulful vocals that make for a groove-worthy track to sing along to. Afterward comes "So Good," delivering deep instrumental basslines for a more underground sound, followed by the disco- influenced "You Got Me," which provides an energetic and feel-good finale to the EP. "Reset" marks Maximals' 11th Protocol release, following "What Are You Waiting For" with Chad Kowal released on Protocol earlier this year, and "Back To You" on Showtek's Skink.

Hot on the heels of their recent release "Complete Me" with DØBER, Teamworx and Protocol return with five official remixes of their earlier single "Can't Get Enough" from some very talented up-and-comers. Nicky Romero's label, along with the Israeli duo, held a remix contest in partnership with VIRPP, a music discovery platform that can curate hundreds of unreleased tracks to fit a label's unique target market, using their AI and user-rating system. From over 500 submissions the Protocol crew chose three (from Bosto Leon, Rob Laniado, Mountain) that stood out as extraordinary among the crowd to complete the package and add to the two they already had prepared (from Azooland & CORX, Luca Testa). Bosto Leon impressed them so much with his big room house submission that Teamworx collaborated with him on the official remix. Through VIRPP, the chilled-out vibes of Rob Lanaido and Mountain's funky house style earned them spots on the "Can't Get Enough" remix EP. Rounding out the compilation is Azooland & CORX's bass-influenced big room remix, as well as Italian DJ/producer Luca Testa's hardstyle rendition.
