Continuing a strong summer season, D.J. MacIntyre's SLC-6 Music presents new interpretations of K Loveski's 'Renzzo'. Originally released as part of DJ Ruby's 2021 chart topping 'Constellations: Orion' collection, it found the much loved Saint-Petersburg resident at his progressive best, showcasing his nostalgic groovy sound and earning support from the genre's premiere tastemakers. With its September release still riding a tidal wave of success, SLC-6 Music now calls upon Dany Dz, Hobin Rude, and Ruben Karapetyan to re-imagine the track. Although only three years into his production career, Argentinean artist Dany Dz has already made considerable strides, earning support from Hernan Cattaneo, while landing key releases via 3rd Avenue, Droid9 and Strangers Beats. No stranger to SLC-6 Music, Dany now returns to the label with a strong interpretation of 'Renzzo' that is equal parts percussive and melodic. Meanwhile, fresh off releases for Beat Boutique and MNL, fast rising Serbian talent Hobin Rude makes his label debut with a dark and mysterious rendition that is nicely dialled for mid-set action. Rounding out the release and also making his label debut is Movement Recordings mainstay Ruben Karapetyan. The Armenian born, USA based artist remakes 'Renzzo' into an evolving melodic journey that would be equally at home above a festival skyline or sitting in the emotional sweet spot of an end of the night scenario.

Following on from Chris Cargo's amazing Jackdaw (ODST074) that we released back in June 2023, we are excited to present you with the remixes EP. Each track has had its remixer carefully chosen for their sonic prowess and talent. 

Label family member, Golan Zocher has created a musical masterpiece with his beautiful rendition of Wondering Why. This remix has hit favourite with our dear friends, Nick Warren, Hernan Cattaneo and DJ Ruby who have been hammering this from Miami, Ibiza and Woodstock and reaching as a far as Pakistan and we thank you for your support. 

Scottish born legend who calls New Zealand home, Nic Cavendish aka Nila makes his label debut with his remix of Jackdaw and this remix is nothing short of mesmerising and watch this space as we have additional music forthcoming on the label in 2024. 

And last but by no means least our South American magicians of sonically delicious Progressive House, Gorkiz & Nobilis bring the EP to a crescendo of biblical proportions with their take on Falcons Maze.

Roku opens the fall season by presenting a new EP from Aman Anand & NuFects. Indian born, Singapore based artist Aman Anand has had much success across his twelve-year career. With a cutting-edge style, Aman has become beloved within the progressive music spectrum, recording standout projects for Juicebox Music, Mango Alley, Sudbeat and WARPP, while also earning play and support from the genre's elite guard in Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren. Meanwhile, conceptualized in 2013, Colombian artists Alejo Cortes and Carlos Lopez aka NuFects decided to undertake a project full of energy, joy, colour and intrigue. They started producing progressive and organic house under the name NuFects, quickly earning recognition from Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Cid Inc, along with very important local talents Dabeat, Gux Jimenez and Kamilo Sanclemente. Also finding a place in the more melodic uptempo realms of the genre, legends Paul Oakenfold and Solarstone became NuFects supporters, playlisting their music and making the duo a legit crossover act.
