This mashup fuses two of my favorite musical worlds: the melodic progressive house of Guy J and the explosive dubstep of Skrillex. I took the deep and emotive atmosphere of Guy J's "Illusion" as a base and integrated the vocals from Skrillex's "Stranger" as a decorative element.

This mashup is an exploration of the sonic possibilities that arise when combining two seemingly disparate styles. The idea is to generate a listening experience that transports the listener through different emotional states, from introspection and melancholy to euphoria and liberation.

Next up on Vapour Recordings is the return on one of our in-house regular artists - Subandrio.

Subandrio's last 3 track EP with us last year was heavily played by all in the know in Progland so we return to bring you another action packed 3 track EP for 2025 with these absolute scorchers in Motion Sensor, Thought in a Minute and The Howler. This EP has early support from Patrice Baumel who has been playing Thought in a Minute in his sets of late.
